IIANC’s InsurEXPO is the largest insurance industry event in North Carolina and features one of the Southeast’s largest industry trade shows, with 125+ insurance companies and vendors showcasing their latest products and services.

Booth Selection & Placement
Booth assignments are made based on registration completion and payment, and are subject to availability. While IIANC will make every effort to accommodate preferred selections, we reserve the right to assign or reassign booth space as needed.
Companies participating in the 2026 IIANC PARTNERS Program receive priority placement and early access to booth selection before general registration opens.

One 6’ skirted table
One 7” x 44” booth identification sign
Two chairs
One wastebasket
Preliminary attendee roster (names, agency/company, mailing address) shared approximately two weeks prior to the event
One complimentary full registration (additional representatives must register separately)

11:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Exhibitors may begin teardown at the conclusion of exhibit hall hours.
Exhibitor Services
Hollins Exposition Services will serve as the official service contractor. An Exhibitor Kit will be provided with detailed information on move-in/move-out, shipping, and additional services.
Move-In & Move-Out
Move-In:
Wednesday, September 16: 3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Thursday, September 17: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Move-Out:
Begins after the exhibit hall closes at 5:30 PM on Thursday
Early teardown without prior IIANC approval may impact eligibility for future events.
Security & Liability
Exhibitors are responsible for their own materials and equipment at all times. IIANC and the Benton Convention Center do not insure exhibitor property and are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage. Insurance coverage is strongly recommended.
Outside Exhibits & Hospitality
Exhibitors may not display materials or host events outside of their assigned booth space without prior written approval from IIANC. This includes hotel spaces, common areas, and offsite functions during official event hours.
Hospitality functions are permitted only with prior approval, full participation in the PARTNERS Program, and payment of all applicable fees. All requests must be coordinated through IIANC.
General Guidelines
IIANC reserves the right to decline or restrict any exhibit, material, or conduct that does not align with the character of the event. All displays must remain within the contracted booth space unless additional space is purchased.
