This may be one of my favorite topics, not because I love closing, but because I hate everything about closing and we’re about to undo 95% of what you’ve been taught. Forget the ABC crap, that’s for horrible salespeople. Always be helping is the mantra you should adopt. We’re going to discuss how to be more effective in “closing” without being rude or aggressive and we’ll also talk about the value of watching your own game film to make sure you’re delivering your best foot forward every time.
