A symbol of professional excellence in consultative and diagnostic sales and enterprise risk management, the Trusted Risk Advisor (TRA) is reserved for agents & brokers who wish to advance their ability to deliver an enterprise risk management (ERM) method through a logical, disciplined, and results-oriented framework. While participating agents and brokers may enter the program with a proven track record of success, the TRA empowers them to sharpen arrows in their quiver, confirm that they have a "growth mindset," and consider additional tools and tactics to improve performance significantly.

This is your one-stop to register for all 4 Trusted Risk Advisor sessions!  This page is for those who wish to register for all 4 sessions at one time. 

**All four sessions must be completed entirely to earn the TRA certification.  Full attendance is required to receive CE credit per session.  IIANC will only file CE for those who have a valid insurance license in North Carolina.**

                              Time:  8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (45 minute lunch break)
                              CE Credits:  3 hours (IIANC will only file CE for those with a NC insurance license)

          Session 2:  The Art and Science and Discovery... Leading to Strategy
                              Date(s):   Thursday, March 26, 2026
                              Location: Hybrid (IIANC Classroom, Cary, NC/ Online)
                              Time:  8:30 AM - 4:00 PM (45 minute lunch break)
                              CE Credits:  4 hours (IIANC will only file CE for those with a NC insurance license)

          Session 3:  The Risk Advisor... Moving Away from the Transactional Sales

          Session 4:  Creating a Differentiated Customer Experience Journey Through the TRA Process

** IIANC Cancellation Policy
Please note, the cancellation policy for this class is different than the standard IIANC cancellation policies.  Any cancellations made from the time of registration, until 10 days prior to the class, will receive only a refund of 50% of the original registration price.  Cancellation made less than 10 days from the start of the course will not be eligible for a refund.  If an emergency occurs and you are unable to attend this course, please contact us as soon as possible at Education@iianc.com.
