iLEAD- Young Agents Mock Trial

Young Agents Mock Trial is an interactive session that demonstrates how common agency mistakes can be presented in a courtroom setting. Using real-world commercial property fire loss scenarios, participants examine E&O exposures tied to coverage placement, documentation, policy delivery, valuation, and communication. The course emphasizes practical agency best practices and loss-prevention controls to help reduce E&O risk in North Carolina commercial property transactions.
