We are excited to introduce you to our new Learning Management System (LMS). To help you get started, we've created an instructional video that provides an overview of the learning center and answers to some of the most frequently asked questions.

Learning Center FAQs

 

How do I access my on demand classes?

  • Once registered for an on demand class, click 'Learning Center' in the navigation bar. This will sign you in to the Agent Development Program learning center.
  • Once logged in to the learning center your content will show on the landing page under 'My Courses'

 


How Do I register another agent for a course?

When you register for one of our courses, there is the option to 'Register Another person(s) and/or Myself". Selecting this option gives you the opportunity to register anyone listed under your agency in our system. You also have the option to add new agents as part of the registration process.


How do I create Custom Learning Paths?

Learning paths can only be made by the Learning System Administrator. Please get in touch with the education team at education@insuracademyga.com

How do I use the reporting tab?

The Reporting tab is where you can view training analytics for everyone on your team. Please note: this tab currently only reflects content assigned by the Team Manager. However, enhancements are coming soon to display all learning activities, regardless of whether it's purchased or assigned by the team manager.  For the most complete view of a learner's progress, we recommend checking their Activity page, as mentioned earlier. Right now, you'll continue to receive learner reports by email, but once the enhancements are live, you'll have access to a vibrant reporting dashboard. If you need specific data in the meantime, please contact the InsurAcademy team.


What's the difference between purchased content and team content?

Purchased content is anything that you enroll in from the IIANC and ADP course catalog. Team content is specific agency training that your team manager has added to the learning system.  Team content can be assigned to you directly by your team manager.  


Will I receive notifications when I enroll in a course or when team content is assigned to me?

When you enroll in a course from our course catalog, you will receive an automated email with instructions for logging into the learning center.  At this time, when you are assigned team content by your team leader, you will not receive an automated email.  Your team manager will need to notify you that you've been assigned agency team content. 


Am I in the right place, my learning center says InsurAcademy Agent Development Program?
