IIANC Cancellation/Refund Policies and Disclaimers

IIANC’s cancellation policies vary by event and education class type. Please see below for the specific cancellation policy applicable to the class/event for which you have registered. Contact IIANC at 800-849-6556 with questions.

IIANC complies with Title III of the ADA Act.

By attending an IIANC-sponsored event/class, you acknowledge and understand that photographs and video may be taken during the event/class, and you hereby grant IIANC and its affiliates a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your image or likeness for any lawful purpose relating to promotion of this event/class or marketing of future IIANC events/classes, in any print, digital or online media, without right of prior approval of the use. This also includes classes or events that are recorded for future on-demand or webcast viewing.

By registering for any IIANC class or event, attendees agree that the contact information provided can and may be used on published attendee lists distributed prior to, during, or after the class/event.

 

Education Courses


Complimentary/Free Registrations
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within ten business days of the class. Cancellations received after this time frame and "no shows" the day of the class will be subject to a charge.  ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to education@iianc.com.
  
Paid Registrations
IIANC's normal Attendee Cancellation Policy for Events/Conferences applies. See below.
    
3 Hour CE Classes
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $15 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within five business days of the class. IIANC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel classes or change class facility/hotel location. You will be notified promptly if any changes are made and a full refund or transfer of the registration fee will be made. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to education@iianc.com.
      
6 or 7 Hour CE Classes (including CISR classes)
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $25 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within ten business days of the class. IIANC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel classes or change class facility/hotel location. You will be notified promptly if any changes are made and a full refund or transfer of the registration fee will be made. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to education@iianc.com.
 
CIC Institutes and JK Ruble Graduate Seminars
Any changes made regarding this registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $50 processing fee. Cancellations of a CIC Institute or JK Ruble Graduate Seminar within 15 business days of the institute will incur a $100 processing fee. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to education@iianc.com.

Pre-Licensing Courses
Any changes made regarding the registration after receipt by IIANC will incur a $50 processing fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations made within ten business days of the class. IIANC reserves the right to reschedule, cancel classes or change class facility/hotel location. You will be notified promptly if any changes are made and a full refund or transfer of the reg. fee will be made. ALL CANCELLATIONS AND TRANSFERS MUST BE DONE IN WRITING to education@iianc.com.
 

Events/Conferences


Attendee Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation for individual registrations for IIANC events/conferences (InsurEXPO, Agency Leaders Executive Retreat, Tech Summit, Young Agents Development Conference, IIANC Charity Golf Tournament, etc.) MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING to acruickshank@iianc.com. Refunds will only be given to cancellation requests received by close of business 10 business days prior to the event. Substitutions of attendees may be made in writing until five business days prior to the event. Any changes (including substitutions) made to an existing registration will incur a $25 processing fee. This cancellation policy will remain in effect in cases of inclement weather as long as the event/conference is not cancelled. 

Cancellations or changes to exhibit booth registrations will be subject to the cancellation policy outlined on the exhibit booth registration form for that event.

Product Purchases


No refunds are given for online purchases of any products on the IIANC website (including e-books, DIY hiring guides, webinars, etc.)
